Roger has over 18 years experience developing and managing an executive leadership development practice in the U.S. He has worked closely with senior executives, either individually or as part of broader leadership teams, helping them examine and re-define business strategies and re-position themselves in their markets as well as develop the capabilities to execute those strategies. He has unusually broad experience working with cross cultural organizations and navigating different business cultures.
He has led or participated in major business realignment consulting projects both in the U.S. and abroad, involving both domestic and international clients. He has worked at all management levels and has led USA-based and international projects involving multiple personnel. He has extensive experience working with wireless telecommunications companies, both vendors and operators.
He managed a professional services company for six years and has most recently served as an advisory board chairman.
Prior to his consulting career, Roger was a senior officer in the US Army with 26 years of international experience which included assignments in Asia and Europe. He is fluent in Russian and German. He is a graduate of Syracuse University with graduate degrees from The Johns Hopkins and Georgetown Universities.
